I bought this product for sleep and anxiety. What I didn't expect was to be pain-free as well! I'd pulled a muscle the day before receiving this in the mail and was having an awful time moving around. I ate 2 squares and after 45 minutes was able to move my shoulder freely. I was able to relax and enjoy my evening without the constant reminder of my injury. I slept great afterwards which gave my body better rest for healing. Definitely worth the purchase!

These things are too legit to quit. Two caps were a bit much, but I’m an old salt (41-year-old female) who used to abuse everything and have been in opioid recovery for five years, so it was kind of fun, actually, “feeling” something a bit much again. These things are so freaking cool! I feel really like clear and just happy today. More than usual. I’m just so glad they worked so well. Thanks, Amentara! You are so amazing!

So I’ve ordered this stuff twice. I work a night shift from 7-7am, I don’t usually get home till 8 am. This is really beneficial to me because I can drink Kanna tea throughout the night to keep me up. I was nodding off on the highway so I started drinking coffee before I leave for home. The problem with that is I found myself feeling jittery and had hard time sleeping. Now I can take Kanna get home safe and sleep calmly.

The high I got was like a 1/4 the strength of some my sativas or indica hybrids- that can change perportionately with more klip dagga, the blue lotus with the mix made such a beautiful floral creamy aromatic.
Usually I wake up once or twice during the night, and I struggle to sleep in past 6-6:30am, but with this, I do find that I usually get a full night's sleep and can sleep in an extra hour or so if my daily life allows for me to.
High quality product provides significant relaxation effects at low doses but haven’t tried higher doses yet
When I first opened the package the aroma was enticing and I couldn't wait to try it. My first smoke was very pleasant, calming, refreshing. The blend is spot on! I did a little research on Kanna and it holds true to its definition of boosting my mood and curbing my anxiety. I'm glad I found it through MN, and took a chance to explore its value!

I had never heard of baicilin and had only a few experiences with skullcap. This extract though is potent! 500mg calmed me powerfully. And I slept great. Thankyou!
