A little darker in color than the Amanita pantherina, Amanita regalis has slightly less potency than the pantherina as well, but many believe it provides a different experience.

Our Amanita muscaria caps, powder, and capsules are only decarboxylated to the extent that occurs naturally during the drying process. We do not apply additional heat or aggressive post-processing to force full decarboxylation. This preserves the mushroom’s native chemical profile while maintaining stability and consistency across batches.
After drying, our whole caps are allowed to reabsorb a small, controlled amount of ambient humidity. This prevents excessive brittleness and crumbling during handling and shipping — a standard practice in the Amanita industry often referred to as maintaining natural “elasticity.”
This process helps ensure caps arrive intact without compromising quality or integrity.

To fully decarboxylate Amanita regalis, begin by breaking the mushrooms into small pieces and simmering them in equal parts water and lemon juice for about 20 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool, strain out the solids, and store the liquid in the refrigerator for up to seven days or consume it immediately.
